Phoenix Aliyah is Three-Time Consecutive European Champion (Youth)

In the world of elite sports, reaching the top is difficult—but staying there is even harder. Phoenix Aliyah has done exactly that: with her slalom victory at the 2024 European Championships (Under 19), she completed an impressive hattrick, securing the title of Junior European Champion for the third consecutive time.

Unprecedented Dominance: 2022, 2023, 2024

The winning streak began in 2022 in Weert (Netherlands), where Phoenix not only took home the gold but also shattered the long-standing European record (Youth). But that was just the beginning. In the years that followed, she cemented her exceptional position in European slalom skiing.

A Historic Double Under Extreme Conditions

The path to her third title was particularly remarkable. Following the cancellation of the 2023 European Championships in Israel, which were originally scheduled for October in Tel Aviv, a unique sporting situation arose in Poland in 2024. In just one single week, three major international events were held simultaneously.

Phoenix had to prove her mental toughness while competing in two different age categories at the same time. The result was historic:

  • Gold at the rescheduled 2023 European Championships
  • Gold at the regular 2024 European Championships
  • Bronze at the Adult World Championships (Open Class)

From Junior Queen to Global Elite

With three consecutive European titles, Phoenix Aliyah has defined an era in youth sports. The fact that during the same week she secured her third junior gold, she also narrowly missed the adult World Championship title by just a single buoy, underscores her exceptional status. Phoenix hasn’t just moved past the junior ranks—she dominated them, redefining the benchmarks for the world’s elite women along the way.
